The shared front stop lines up both ends. The back plate lines up the side faces. Two snug channels hold the right angle.
Start with the small fit tests
The same fit tests work for both hands. Print the three samples and try an offcut of your CLS. Choose a slot that slides on snugly by hand. The grooves identify each sample: 1 = 38.0 mm, 2 = 38.3 mm, 3 = 38.6 mm. These check the width; dry-fit the full jig gently too.

Prepared for your saved P1S setup: 0.4 mm nozzle, 0.20 mm layers, 8 walls and 40% gyroid infill. The back plate is already flat on the bed. Supports are off.
Right-hand · mirrored
Slides on from the opposite side. Same dimensions, reinforcement and fit choices. Each file is already placed flat for printing.
Open in Bambu Studio and select the profile for your actual PLA or PLA+ spool before slicing. The saved starting profile is Generic PLA at 220°C. Print at 100% model scale.
Slicer estimates: fit tests together ≈ 40 g / 1 h 56 min. Full jig ≈ 371 g / 14 h 40 min.
